Hello! My name is Celeste and I live in Clermont, Florida (just west of Orlando). I have been vegan since 2003 (and pesca-vegetarian for five years before that). I originally started this blog for Vegan MoFo 2011 but decided to keep posting all my vegan stuff to it year-round!

For Halloween, I made the Chocolate Cut-Out Cookies from Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar, topped with Confectioner’s Icing (also from VCIYCJ). We’ll be munching on them tonight as we have our annual viewing of Garfield’s Halloween Adventure and Disney’s Halloween Treat!
Well, that concludes Vegan MoFo — at least officially. However, I am probably going to continue posting here throughout the year.
